  • We will briefly discuss any questions or concerns you have and how I can help you achieve your goals.

    Following this, we will schedule a deep, all encompassing initial video consultation including discussion regarding your running and training history, any injury history or concerns, lifestyle factors that may be impeding your performance, and a movement and strength screen as needed.

    From there, we will create an appropriate, manageable exercise program including a prescriptive exercise program and strength work targeted towards your physical limitations. We will also modify (or help create) your running training plan as needed.

  • Unlike a group training class or pre-fabricated training program, this programming will be 100% unique to you as a runner and athlete.

    Many coaches and trainers can curate a workout plan to push you, but many lack a deeper background in anatomy/physiology and injury guidance.

    Through my experience and education, I am able to create a program for you with a deep understanding of how to help you reduce injury risk or modify your training if you are dealing with injury. With my background in running training, strength and conditioning, and of course injury management, I bring a unique perspective to coaching that is rare to find.

  • It’s important to know that this is not medical care. Although this is not physical therapy, we can perform a movement and strength screen that can determine physical limitations that may be impairing your running performance.

    Often times, physical therapy or rehab can help reduce your acute pain, but will stop short and leave you feeling unsure of how to fully return to or improve in your sport once your pain is reduced.

    If you feel like you are stuck in a consistent injury cycle due to this lack of guidance when you are discharged from medical care, this is the plan for you. With my background in running training, strength and conditioning, and of course injury management, I bring a unique perspective to coaching that is rare to find.

  • Yes! This programming gives all of the feedback, guidance, and support you will need to reach your goals.

    The Final Surge App will give you access to directly message me, see a scheduled strength and running plan, and monitor any pain scales as needed so we can work together to modify your training in real time.

    Through a carefully curated video library of exercises, you can be confident that you will have all of the help you need to ensure you are performing strength work the right way.

    With any existing uncertainty in lifting or running technique, I will have you email me any video footage (with a description of how to take this) so I can help coach you through this immediately.

  • The app called Final Surge. Through this you will see exercise videos that I will provide you, a calendar you can track your lifts and running, and will have a direct way to message with me anytime.

    Regarding exercise equipment, I will do my best to cater to the environment and equipment you have accessible to you! You’d be surprised what you can get done with minimal equipment. With that being said, to continue progress your strength training, you may need access to weights with increased resistance in the form of dumbbells, kettlebells, or a barbell. If you are uncertain about your availability to this, let’s talk through it and find a solution.

    As always… the drive and motivation to improve! I am here to guide and support you through it all, but the hard work is up to you!

You’d be amazed what the power of a simple yet progressive strength, mobility, or cross training program can have to improve all of these factors. Of course, finding the right running program that works for you and your body will make a world of difference as well.

    Don’t worry, I know there is still only so much time in the day. Individual programming like this is unique to you, so we will take time into consideration and prescribe only what you NEED to improve or feel better. No more time is wasted sifting through cookie cutter programs you saw online created without YOU in mind.
