1. Consultation

This will include a deep and meaningful discussion of your injury history, running training history and programming, and lifestyle factors. We will also go through a specific movement screen for you to learn about any potential physical areas of improvement.

2. Prescriptive Exercise Programming and Running Coaching

This programming is holistic and specific to you. Prescriptive exercise programming addresses physical limitations in mobility and strength that may contribute to injury and is updated and progressed to help you keep getting stronger and improving your performance. This is paired with running training programming and guidance that is right for you and your goals. We will also discuss other lifestyle factors that may have been overlooked in the past and may be influencing your performance or injury history.

3. Real-time Feedback and Guidance

We can choose to set up any scheduled virtual meetings as needed, or message via the coaching app called Final Surge to offer real-time feedback as you need it. Through this app you will have access to your individualized workout program and calendar with any appropriate exercise dosage, running training modifications, a comprehensive exercise video library with cues for appropriate technique, and the ability to message with me directly. You will also have the opportunity to send me video of you running for any necessary advice on running gait modifications.
